What we do
- Everyone who applies or hosts is verified. A selfie liveness check at minimum — browsing is open, participating isn't.
- Video applications. The single biggest safety feature we have. You see and hear a person before you agree to meet them.
- Ratings and attendance. Hosts record who showed up. Repeat no-shows lose access.
- Automated content scanning on every video, plus human review of every report.
- Group by default. Moments have four to eight seats. One-on-one is rare by design.
Verification tiers
Three levels, and the app always tells you which one you're at and what it unlocks.
- Looking around — no verification. Browse the map, watch host videos, save moments. You cannot apply or host.
- Verified — a 30-second selfie liveness check. Apply, host, message your crew.
- ID verified — a government ID, checked by our identity partner. Everything above, plus access to moments whose hosts require ID, and the top badge on your profile.
Hosts can require ID verification on their moments. If a moment matters to you and you're not there yet, the app will tell you before you record anything.
Before you go
- Watch the host's video. All of it. If something's off, don't apply.
- Check their profile — past moments, ratings, how long they've hosted, whether they're ID verified.
- Read the details. Public place? Who else is confirmed? What does it cost?
- Tell someone where you're going. Share the moment from the Plan tab — it sends the time, place and host.
- Keep it in the app until the moment is confirmed. Anyone pushing you to text or WhatsApp before that is a flag.
- First time, first moment: pick a group. Six people at a restaurant is a very different risk profile from two people on a boat.
While you are there
- Arrange your own transport, both ways.
- Keep your phone charged and on you.
- Watch your own drink.
- Leave if you want to leave. You don't owe anyone an explanation, a ride, or the rest of the evening.
- If the moment isn't what was advertised — different place, different people, different activity — that's a report, and you should go.
Afterwards
Rate the moment and thumbs the crew. It takes twenty seconds and it's the mechanism that keeps the next person safe.
If someone made you uncomfortable, say so in the report rather than only in the rating. A one-star with no context is much harder for us to act on.
Blocking and reporting
Blocking is immediate and silent — they can't see you, message you, or apply to your moments, and they aren't told.
Reporting is separate. Every profile, moment and chat has a report control, and reports go to a person. You can report someone you've blocked.
