What we use

This website uses two kinds of cookies:

• Essential — keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. These can't be turned off.
• Analytics — aggregate, de-identified counts of which pages people read and which download button they press. We use these to decide what to write next.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't run ad-network pixels on this site.

In the app

The mobile app doesn't use cookies. It stores a login token and your preferences on your device, and reports crashes and aggregate usage. What that covers is in the privacy policy.

Your choices

Decline analytics in the banner and the site still works identically. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or use Do Not Track — we honour it.
